Yoga for Emotional Health

  • St Peter's Place Fishbourne Road West Chichester, PO19 3XT, England United Kingdom (map)

We all get down or worried from time to time, and sometimes, it lasts longer than usual. This day retreat explores ways in which yoga can give you a helping hand when times get rough, and techniques to help prevent them becoming so rough in the first place.

Join us to relax, learn and have fun while meeting like-minded people in a lovely setting. The church hall of St Peter and St Mary in Fishbourne is very close to Chichester, but a haven of peace and quiet. There is a large car park, a bus stop at the top of the drive, and it’s within walking distance of both Chichester and Fishbourne railway stations.

Bring your own lunch, but hot and cold drinks and snacks will be included. You’re welcome to stay for cake and tea at 4pm too!
